You are able to give your employees three different types of permission:
With Team Admin status all functions of heylogin are enabled. Logins can be created and passwords can be edited - also new teams can be created. When inviting members, their permissions can be changed at all times.
As a Member logins can be created and passwords can be edited.
Having the Login only status the logins can be used only. Editing and visibility of passwords are disabled.
- To change permissions, simply go to your desired team at heylogin.app/logins and click on either Team Admin, Member or Login only next to the name of the employee depending on what their current state of permission is. In the pop-up menu you can change the permissions for this employee to either of the three mentioned above.
