The recycle bin is a security measure to ensure that logins are not accidentally deleted completely. Personal logins and each team have their own separate recycle bin.
Logins are first moved to the recycle bin and can only be restored or permanently deleted with write permissions.
The recycle bin for teams is visible to all team-, organization admins and users with write permission. They can restore or permanently delete items from it. The recycle bin for personal logins is only visible to the respective user.
